According to foreign media reports on November 15th, the application of solar energy continues to expand. Influenced by the country's promotion of renewable energy policies, many companies are accelerating the installation of solar energy systems and can choose to sell surplus electricity to the National Interconnection System (SIN). The sustainable development manager of Inchcape in the Americas pointed out that economic growth can go hand in hand with environmental responsibility. Inchcape has installed over 1500 solar panels in the Americas region and added systems in Peru, Bolivia, and Panama to move towards carbon neutrality. 275 solar panels were installed in La Paz and Santa Cruz, covering an area of 650 square meters with an installed capacity of 146.44 kWp and an annual power generation of over 220 MWh. Among them, the 224 solar panel project at KM12 logistics center in Santa Cruz can reduce 55 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually; CBN and Banco Bisa have also adopted solar energy systems, leading to a rapid increase in corporate participation. Inchcape has added 88 700W solar panels to two large facilities in Peru, generating over 80 MWh of electricity annually; The final grid connection of 340 solar panels is being completed in Panama, which can cover 88% of the electricity demand in that area.
